If approved by your attorney, you may attend court virtually by clicking the attend court online button below. Please add your full name when joining court. The court will admit you when your case is called. You will be placed into a virtual waiting room until that time. Be patient and follow the below instructions:
You must sign in on time and remain on video court until your case has been called and completed. Failure to appear on time or leave before your case is called may result in an attachment for your arrest.
Proper court attire is required.
You must have a working camera and microphone to participate in video court. Make sure that your device is plugged in or fully charged.
Make sure that you have a strong, stable internet connection. If you need better WiFi, the Parish Library may offer free WiFi.
Individuals not participating in video court may not be present, appear in view of the camera or be heard.
There should be no offensive or distracting backgrounds visible. There must not be any messages conveyed to the court or other participants. Virtual backgrounds are not permitted. It is recommended that you sit or stand in front of a blank wall for your court appearance.
You may not record or take screen shots of any court proceeding. Doing so SHALL be considered contempt of court.
